Terms & conditions

Corporate Visa Services aims to provide a comprehensive and reliable visa service. We can offer advice, arrange the delivery and collection of all documents to the relevant embassies/consulates for clients using our service.

Please note that any person(s) is welcome to seek advice or representation via Corporate Visa Services. Such advice or representation will be carried out in conjunction with the information provided by the relevant embassy/consulate or from the most recent handbook (TIM).

However, whilst Corporate Visa Services endeavours to provide the most up to date information, it must be noted that any embassy/consulate may change its' visa and procedural requirements without prior notice or inclusion of such change in the current literature available at the time of asking or applying.

As a result therefore, Corporate Visa Services cannot be held liable or responsible for any subsequent expense, delay or cancellation that such changes made by any embassy/consulate may cause.

All cash or cheque paying clients should note that payment is due at the point of acceptance of an application ready for submission at the relevant embassy/consulate.

All account holders should note that invoices are sent out on a weekly and fortnightly basis and payment is requested within 7 days of receipt of such invoice.

Any invoices outstanding after the initial 7 day period will be charged at the rate of 5% per month until such payment is received in full.

In the following pages the term "all nationals" refers to Australians, British, Indians, New Zealanders and South Africans. All other nationals will need to contact Corporate Visa Services or liaise direct with the embassy/consulate concerned.
